Ph.D. in Law, Deputy Chairperson of the Board of the Centre of Policy and Legal Reforms, Senior Research Fellow in V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Co-author of laws on administrative services, civil service, and organization of executive power.
Currently, Dr. Tymoshchul is working primarily with the issue of providing the administrative services during the war, changes in the work of the centers of provision of administrative services, public service issues.
