Member of the Board of the Centre of Policy and Legal Reform (CPLR), an expert in the field of constitutional law, who has been active in improving the constitutional culture in Ukraine for the past 15 years.
Co-Chair of the Council of the Association of Public Organizations Reanimation Reform Package (the largest coalition of civic organizations in Ukraine formed after the Revolution of Dignity). She worked as a research consultant to a judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Deputy Head of the Main Service for Institutional Policy Development and Head of the Constitutional Reform Department of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine, and Assistant to the Chairperson of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
Ms. Kyrychenko works in the civil society sector and actively promotes the constitutional order in Ukraine, specializing in research on constitutional design in Ukraine, the functioning of political parties, constitutional control, elections and referendum legislation.
