Dr. Denys Azarov, holds an kandidat nauk degree from Ukrainian Academy of Sciences (PhD in Law). He teaches Criminal Law cours in National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. His research interests include classification of criminal offenses, differentiation and individualization of criminal liability.
